TERCONA is not responsible for the contents of those third parties’ sites which users may reach via its web links.   TERCONA indicates the existence of such linked sites for information only and does not seek to persuade or invite clients, or to recommend the contents of the sites.

TERCONA in no way guarantees the conditions of provision and/or quality of any product or services offered to Internet users via links to its webside by third parties outside its control.

Likewise, TERCONA cannot be held  responsible for non respect by third parties of current Spanish law, in particular, that which relates to personal data protection and
electronic commerce.
TERCONA owns the Intellectual Property Rights of its websites’ contents including the graphic design and codes.  It is therefore forbidden to display, distribute, publicly communicate  and/or to transform them, except for personal and private use.

Likewise, all commercial names, trademarks or distictive signs of any kind in TERCONA’s websites are protected by Spanish law.

TERCONA cannot be held responsible for any possible damage resulting from interference, omission, interruption, computer virus, telephone breakdown or disconnection in the functioning of its electronic system, caused by delays or blockage beyond the company’s control, such as deficiencies or overloads on telephone lines, in the company´s Data Processing Centre, in the Internet or any other electronic system, or by damage caused by third parties through illegal interference outside TERCONA’s control

Further, TERCONA S.A. is not responsible for any damage which Internet users may suffer as a consequence of mistakes, defects or omissions in information  given on the  company’s website but which comes from a source unconnected with TERCONA.

By the present warning, TERCONA S.A. informs users of its Internet site, www.tercona.es, of its data protection policy under which such users may determine freely and voluntarily if they wish to provide the company with personal data which could be required of them, or which TERCONA may ask for during the subscription process to some of the services offered in or through its website.

According to the terms of Spanish Law ‘Ley Orgánica’, 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection,TERCONA S.A. informs clients that any personal data provided by them will be incorporated into an automated file in its ownership which is aimed at enabling clients to access TERCONA’s services via the web.

Under the conditions of the above law, however, clients have the right and possibility to accede to, rectify, cancel or object to anything relating to such personal data by e-mailing admon@tercona.es, or by writing a letter to TERCONA S.A., Polígono Las Metas 1, CP 21.003 Huelva.

TERCONA S.A.’s  webs use ‘cookies’  for the sole purpose of providing improved surfing assistance to users to enable them to fully enjoy the various services provided.   These ‘cookies’ do not request peronal information from users.
