TERCONA BUILDING AND REAL-ESTATE PROMOTION S.A. has been working in the housing sector for over twenty years, turning our clients’ dreams into reality.
Our activities in the field of civil engineering began in 1988 with the founding of our affiliate company, CIMENTACIONES Y MUROS S.A., and we have continued to consolidate and strengthen our position in the building industry thanks to the quality of our housing.
From the outset, TERCONA S.A.’s main target has been to create high quality, environmentally-friendly projects. With this aim in view, we continue to grow and diversify into other branches of building and real-estate management.
TERCONA S.A. has among its latest promotions:
“LOS SARGAZOS”, 22 single-family adjoining houses on the Avenida Del Terrón, LA ANTILLA, Huelva Lepe municipal district, Huelva. This first phase was followed by two more promotions with 32 and 22 houses respectively - a total of 76 homes, which strengthened our position on the Costa de La Luz, Huelva.
1st phase of a unique housing scheme in Lepe: “RESIDENCIAL CANTARGALLO” 12 adjoining houses. In the next years we finished 4 aditional phases with a total of 62 highly functional quality houses, with first quality materials and finished products.
“El EDIFICIO ODIEL” marked the start of building promotion by TERCONA S.A. in Huelva. With the delivery of 52 apartments, commercial premises and garages at No. 32, Avenida Federica Molina.
TERCONA delivered 10 apartaments and commercial premises at Nº 93, “AVENIDA DE ITALIA”, Huelva.
Tercona also delivered 14 apartments and commercial premises at No. 22-26 Avenida de Alemania in Huelva.
“EDIFICIO SAN CRISTÓBAL”, 6 apartments, commercial premises and garages, in the very heart of Huelva.
“LA ROSA DE LOS VIENTOS”, 1st of 48 apartments with garages, storage rooms, inner park and private swimming pool, in a private residence with security, providing comfort and quality of lifestyle to our clients just a few meters from the beach of LA ANTILLA, Lepe.

STAFFING AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
TERCONA S.A. currently consists of a team of over 50 people, with its own technical department.
Together with our affiliate company, CIMENTACIONES Y MUROS S.A., we carry out rational analyses of all our projects thanks to a high level of specialization which enables us to efficiently control all aspects of our promotions.
This, in addition to our use of high quality, environmentally-friendly materials, places us in a privileged position in the construction sector.
